Mastermind sessions are designed for an individual or team who need more than a quick conversation—they need space to think deeply, wrestle honestly, and map out a way forward. Each session is tailored to your context and goals. I’ll bring guiding questions, honest perspective, and practical tools you can use to strengthen, streamline, or experiment in faithful ways.

Before we meet, you’ll complete a brief questionnaire to help clarify the issue(s) you want to explore. After our session, you’ll receive a short written summary with key takeaways and recommended next steps.

Fresh Lens begins with a review of your digital presence—your website, social media, and weekly communications—followed by an in-person Sunday visit to assess the full experience from a guest’s perspective. From signage and bulletins to liturgy and coffee hour, I will observe what visitors actually encounter, not just what you hope they do. 

Following my visit you will receive a detailed report with affirmations, observations, and actionable steps you can take to strengthen hospitality, enhance worship, and ensure visitors’ experience reflect the heart of your congregation. My evaluation is rooted in the belief that churches of all sizes, budgets, and churchmanship can offer worship where Christ is made known, hearts are renewed, and people are commissioned for faithful Gospel ministry in the world. 

You may also choose to add on a one-hour coaching call for an additional $85 to debrief the report, ask questions, and troubleshoot recommendations.
